Alternative of Itunes for Iphone

People know that if someone having Iphone then it is necessary to have Itunes in their computer system. Itunes is necessary and important because without this iphone is just not usable. I mean we can add our all data in iphone using Itunes only. All data like photos, videos, songs and other can be added via Itunes. So it is necessary.

But sometimes it is hard to deal with Itunes. I can’t say same about all, but the people to which I meet who have iphone saying the same that itunes is little complicated.
