Nokia Lumia 710 over Nokia Lumia 800 !

Nokia’s Lumia series is becoming more famous now and Nokia is releasing their new models very speedily. So Nokia is having good time with new windows operating system.

Nokia have launched its new lumia model Nokia lumia 710 which is quite good model and if we choose this phone instead of Lumia 800(the previous version) than we can save lots of money with almost same features. We can almost save 10000 Rs(approx) by purchasing this phone. Yes Nokia lumia 710’s price is approximately 17900 Rs (aprox 350$ as per Indian price) while Lumia 800 is of 28000 Rs (560$ approx), so we can save lots of money by going for new lumia 710.

Let’s compare features of both phones.

Operating System:: The most important feature of these new lumia phones is its operating system. I mean people are selecting these phones for their windows operating system. And both phones are working on same operating system windows mango version.

Screen:: Both phone having same screen size of 3.7 inch. Only difference is Lumia 800 is having AMOLED touch screen while Lumia 710 is having TFT touch screen.

Camera:: Lumia 710 is having 5MP camera with LED flash while Lumia 800 phone is having 8 MP camera. But result is not that different. Both phones are lacking front facing camera which is really not done. :(

Memory:: Lumia 710 is having 8GB internal memory with no expandable memory which is really bad feature. I mean there should be expandable memory. Lumia 800 having 16 GB memory. Both phone having same RAM of 512MB.

OVI maps:: Both phones having Nokia OVI map facility. So you can easily get turn by turn navigation using these phones which is really cool feature.

Network:: Both phones having 3g network.

So both phones are sharing many same features. These phones are in demand because of their new windows operating system. And both phones are having this. So why pay more money for lumia 800 if we can choose lumia 710. Anyways choice is yours. 

Let’s talk about their not cool features.

Front Facing camera: They don’t having front facing camera which is really important feature if we having 3g network.

Expandable memory: They are not having expandable memory option. You have to get satisfied with only internal memory.

Zeun Desktop Software: They need this software in your computer for transferring multimedia files into your mobile!! This is really irritating.

Alternative of Itunes for Iphone

People know that if someone having Iphone then it is necessary to have Itunes in their computer system. Itunes is necessary and important because without this iphone is just not usable. I mean we can add our all data in iphone using Itunes only. All data like photos, videos, songs and other can be added via Itunes. So it is necessary.

But sometimes it is hard to deal with Itunes. I can’t say same about all, but the people to which I meet who have iphone saying the same that itunes is little complicated. I mean it is not as easy like mass storage devices where we can just copy paste our multimedia files directly into phone. It is little hard to organize and maintain data on our Iphone using Itunes. So I have found one alternative of itunes from the internet.

IfunBox:

Yes the name of application is ifunbox. It is good alternative of Itunes and it is FREE too. You can easily get it by searching its name in Google.

The main advantage of this application is, it is easy in use. You can directly copy paste your content in your Iphone or into your computer from Iphone more easily in compare to Itunes. This software just gives file management system by which we can easily move and manage our files. You can directly put files into any app of Iphone using this software. Copying photos and wallpaper is also easy. You can easily create back up of your all media files like music and videos by just one button.

You can get all file system of your any app so that you can put files into it. You can also install app and games using this software.

So I think it is very useful tool to have if you having an Iphone. I am really not using Itunes since I started using this software for managing my multimedia files. 

Let’s Talk About Sony Tablet S

Tablet market has becomes very popular. Almost all big brands are making their own tablets with different features. Now even lately Sony has also joined this competition. Sony has launched Sony Tablet S. But after reading its features I really disappoint from its some features. Let’s talk about this new tablet.

Operating System: This new Tablet runs on Android Honeycomb 3.2 operating system which is quite good for tablets.

Processor: It has very powerful processor of Nvidia Tegra dual core processor with 1GHz speed. It also has 1GB Ram which can really give fast tablet experience. So in terms of speed it is really having strong features.

Design: It is having good back design which really gives good grip.

Camera: It is having 5MP of back camera and VGA as front camera. Even though it is having 5MP camera, the result of camera is not that good.

Play Station Certified: This is a unique feature. It is certified for play station games. But unfortunately there aren’t more games for tablet version.

Memory: Inbuilt memory is big of 16/32GB. They are having even memory card option. But the cache is that memory card is not accessible from tablet directly. There is option to transfer data from memory card to inbuilt memory. But phone can’t use data of memory card directly. I don’t know what the purpose of memory card is if it is works like this!!!

Video Support: It surely supports high definition videos but other feature missing is it not supports the popular video format DivX and Xvid. Means we need to convert those videos into mp4 format to play in tablet which can be really big headache.

So this is it. There are few good features but the bad ones too. Specially that memory card problem! Sony enters in tablet field lately but I am sure they will give some cool tablets in future. But for this one there are still some down falls. Hope they will consider these things for their next product.
